We are open from 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, and 8.30am to 12.00pm on Saturdays. Our office and reception are available for enquiries, collection of medicines and information during these hours.
Consultations are by appointment only.
The consulting hours are:
Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 10.00am
Monday to Friday 2.15pm to 3.15pm
Monday to Friday 4.30pm to 6.30pm
Appointments outside normal consulting times are at the discretion of the Veterinary Surgeon and may incur a surcharge. We prefer to see pets at the surgery where all facilities are available and assistance to hold animals is on hand when necessary.

In case of emergency please ring 0117 956 9038.
Follow the instructions for a small animal emergency. You will be given a number to call which will be answered by a vet or nurse on duty through the night who can advise you or arrange for your pet to be seen at the dedicated Emergency clinic in Bradley Stoke.
